Alder Carr Ale
When Alder Carr Farm celebrated their tenth anniversary, it was the opportunity to brew an explosive ten percent ale, originally brewed as a one off, like all good plans, now a regular feature, the Xmas pudding beer, buy two, one to soak the pudding and the other to soak yourself, ten ingedients in the mash tun, another ten in the copper ... answers on a postcard please.
